This interface exists for libraries and other eligible institutions that are not members of the OCLC network to easily ask Joyner Library for loans and copies of materials. The ILLiad system provides you with a personal account through which you submit requests, and through which you can track the status of your requests. Having you input your requests into Joyner's ILLiad system ensures that we receive all of the necessary bibliographic and contact information that we need to fill your request. If you need assistance with using ILLiad, please contact Joyner ILL Lending at 252-328-6068. Please note, though, due to heavy demand we are no longer able to fulfill requests made by phone, fax, email, and postal mail. Requests must be submitted through this interface, so, if you are able to submit your request via OCLC, please do so.
